About the initiative
Sellers Center
We have a channel dedicated entirely to the training of Mercado Libre sellers - the Sellers Center. In this space, we provide content on various topics, from financial education to sales strategy, so that sellers can improve their knowledge about our solutions and tools. The channel is currently available in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Programs for sellers
We offer several programs to train sellers and advance their businesses within the Mercado Libre ecosystem. The courses and advisory services are structured to address the questions and needs of companies at various stages of utilizing our solutions.
An example is the E-commerce Manager course, launched in 2023 in Brazil for merchants who need to improve the management of their activities on our platform. It consists of 100 hours of training spread across eight modules, which include practical guidance to structure a business plan and gain efficiency in operational, financial, sales, logistics, marketing, and people management. Participants not only get access to online theoretical content but also have the unique chance to visit our offices in Osasco/SP and attend a logistics masterclass at the Cajamar/SP Fulfillment center.
We support the training and digitalization of small entrepreneurs to boost their sales using our solutions.
